Prestigious Westside law firm seeks systems trainer. Responsible for personalized and group training of Firm personnel in the use of all Firm systems and software applications. Reports to the Technology Services Manager. Must have one to three years’ experience training and/or supporting users in a legal environment. Working knowledge of Visual Basic and/or Visual Basic for Applications; other programming expertise is desirable but not required. Working knowledge of OpenText’s DM 5x or other document management application, Microsoft’s Office 2000 Suite of applications, Windows XP, Legal MacPac 2000, Citrix MetaFrame, McAfee Anti-Virus, and RIM BlackBerry hand-held device. Must be able to quickly and thoroughly learn new software packages as necessary to support end-user training needs. Legal MacPac 2000 Administrator training a plus. Extensive knowledge of and skill in teaching preferred, but will consider applicant looking to move from Help Desk or Network Support. Four-year college degree or equivalent preferred.
